Save more with Club Med’s loyalty program

Club Med has always rewarded its loyal customers with extra perks and benefits on bookings. Recently, however, the loyalty program has got even better, adding even more value to your all-inclusive escape. The rewards program is split into four different tiers, each determined by how many points you’ve accumulated over the last three years. Here’s what to expect from each level.

Turquoise

Everyone who joins the loyalty program automatically becomes a turquoise member and can start taking advantage of the benefits from their very first stay:

• Exclusive offers. Receive customised offers to your favourite destinations, all designed to boost your points and slash the cost of your stay.
• Partners offers. Get ten free photo prints with Cheerz to remember your holiday, plus a free three-month membership to the Telegraph for some holiday reading.
• Easy arrival service. Let Club Med know if you need any ski or snowboarding equipment for your holiday, plus any lessons, and they will arrange everything before you arrive. You can also let them know if you need childcare during your stay.

Silver

Once you’ve built up to 20,000 points, you can still enjoy all of the benefits of Turquoise level, plus even more great perks, including:

• Personalised offers. The more you stay with Club Med, the more they understand your preferences, sending you personalised discount codes and offers for your favourite resorts.
• Discounts in resorts. Enjoy complimentary premium Wi-Fi on up to four devices, 15% off products in the boutique, 10% off spa-branded products and 10% off any excursions booked through Club Med.
• Partner offers. Get an additional 20 photo prints for free, plus a 15% discount on Cheerz products. 

Gold

With 50,000 points under your belt, you can enjoy Gold status and all of the Silver member benefits while unlocking even more perks for your stay with Club Med:

• Priority check-in. There’s no need to wait in any queues on arrival. Simply head to the priority check-in desk and get access to your room in record timing.
• Room upgrades. You’ll be offered an upgrade on every stay, whenever one is available. 
• Gift pass. Enjoy a complimentary €50 on arrival to use at the spa, in the bar, on an excursion or sport.

Platinum

Platinum is Club Med’s top tier in the loyalty program and is awarded to those with 100,000 points or more. Enjoy everything Gold members get along with some added extras:

• Room choice. Choose exactly which room you want to stay in. A few days before your stay, you’ll receive a call outlining your choices and helping you pick the best view and location. Plus, enjoy complimentary late checkout on every stay.
• Gift pass. Receive €100 on arrival to spend anywhere in the resort, including the bar, spa and sports room.
• Friends and family perks. Invite up to four friends to enjoy lunch or dinner during your stay, with food and drinks on the house.
