Free returns and exchanges

If you are not happy with your order, you can return your order within 30 days of your purchase. Expect your MAC refund to take up to 14 days to arrive back onto your bank account. Login to your account to choose from return options, or alternatively return your order at any MAC Cosmetics location in-store. Please note, this option is not valid for online orders using PayPal as the payment method.

MAC also has an exchange policy allowing items to be exchanged as long as you did not use CLEARPAY. Contact the customer service team via live chat to begin your exchange process.

Get a gift card

Choose from gift cards and e-gift cards at MAC. The former being a tangible card and the latter being sent digitally via email. Both work in MAC stand-alone stores or online. Select the amount you would like to upload on the gift card (up to £250) and leave a personal note if you would like.

Sustainable and ethical testing

MAC claims they do not test on animals, nor do they own any animal testing centres. It is important to clarify MAC Cosmetics are tested on animals in China. This is a Chinese law relating to safety assessments and any brand selling in China undergoes this; MAC in not involved in this testing. In all other markets, MAC uses human volunteers to bring you ethical and vegan makeup.
